Following the roaring success of last year's production of Sleeping Beauty, celebrated local amateur dramatic society Tyger Productions will be presenting a brand new, fun family pantomime telling the story of Dick Whittington and his amazing cat, Tommy.

Local boy Dick Whittington, born in Pauntley in the Forest Of Dean, travels to London upon hearing that its streets were paved with gold. In reality he finds it very difficult to make his way in the world but just as he was about to give in and make his way home, he hears Bow Bells ringing out to him and telling him to turn back. He returns to London to face the wicked King Rat, who plans to infest the capital and take over the world! Can Dick defeat him? Could Tommy the Cat be any less than cool? Will Sarah the Cook find a new outfit in the bazaars of Morocco?

For fun, laughs and the purrrr-fect antidote to those winter blues book your ticket now! "Turn again, Whittington, Thrice Lord Mayor of London!"

Gloucester Guildhall December 16th - 20th Tickets: £10 and £8 (concession). Family Ticket £30 (2 adults and 2 children)
